Skin Tone Study

Working on this between commissions as a skin/tone study. I've been trying to soften my shading and make it more subtle when it comes to skin as I work on my comic. I want that thing to look good.  

And what better way to do a skin study? 
Reference used, about two and a half hours. The reference picture was in my reference folder; if i find it online again, I'll throw the link up!
