This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I like posting lyrics, but I like posting videos too.
So shit! What've I been up to?
I'm in the midst of registering my own business (almost done), but what the real challenge is writing a proposal to the government to get me some grants! Yep! I'm finally making enough money freelancing, doing contract work, selling originals and prints to not even have a regular job anymore! I can -finally- support myself on art alone!
It's a fantastic feeling.
For now it will be online, but my plan is to set up a studio in Kingston. Not just for me, I want to bring in artists to work with as well. Have in house artists, have people teach new artists how to do things... eh, it's a big dream.
But I'm not one to let my dreams go. And if I can do it, anyone can do it. Just work hard at it. In college, my girlfriend at the time said something to me that has stuck with me all of these years. I keep it in the back of my head always, and well, she was right. And I've gotten way better. At... everything.
Networking? is key. And I've discovered on top of all the people I've come to know over the years, that I'm -damn- good at networking. I'm getting to know a lot of the local artists here in Kingston as well, making contacts around Canada and the US. We've some talented people 'round here, locally.
But no one seems to do or offer what I do.
Excitement, she wrote! I wanted to hit up conventions, but I may save that for later on in the year.
I've an interview coming up, a column about me for the Whig Standard here in Kingston, the local newspaper. One whole column about me and my art! I love Kingston.

What else? Working away on commissions, but I want time to put my -own- personal stuff up. Just so you know, I update my Facebook profile/fanpage a lot more often with extra content like sketches and such. I try to put finished work on DeviantArt for the most part.
Plus, I hold contests over at the ol' group, so! I think you should go check it out and 'like' it ! Please.
Diablo 3 anyone? I purchased it, but I disciplined myself-- I've commissions to finish before I commit even an hour to that game. I'm a hell of alot better at managing my time these days. Frig, do I ever want to work for Blizzard one day. But for now, My own studio
I'll update again soon. I've just to scan a bunch of things, but I draw big these days.... so I need abigger scanner. That's next on the list after I got my second monitor.
After the scanner... Cintiq. I had put money down for one, but after months of unavailability I needed the money back for, well, life.
I'm a graduate of Sheridan College and have my Bachelor in Applied Animation. I do a lot of freelance work, work for specific clients and studios. I'm doing a lot of stuff with bands, local and out of town (ie, anywhere else) and that's shaping up real well! I do portraits, landscapes, tattoo art, character art.. sheesh, almost anything I can get my hands on! But I don't want to call myself an artist yet; I feel the need for myself to earn that title.
I currently live in Kingston, Ontario, and aim to make my mark here. And this town is treating me well! I'm saving up to either get a house, or a studio space to begin the works of a studio.
I pretty much explore the visual and musical aspect of art, having been in bands and involved in the music scene here in Southern Ontario. I wanna use all my experiences, throw them all together and perhaps come out with something cool.
